This privacy policy covers all personally identifiable information that is collected when you are on www.biztrade.com.  It is our top priority to keep your information secure.

BizTrade collects personally identifiable information that you elect to enter when registering for our services or that may be collected when communicating with BizTrade.  This information is collected solely for the purposes of providing BizTrade services.  This information may include, but not be limited to:  your name, business name, address, phone number, fax number or e-mail address.

BizTrade does not share, sell or rent any of your information, personal or otherwise to any other party unless required by law.  BizTrade will send personally identifiable information about you or your business to other companies or people only in the event that:

• BizTrade has your consent;
• BizTrade needs to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
• BizTrade needs to send the information to companies who work on behalf of or have partnered with BizTrade to provide a specific service.  These companies do not have the right to use any of your personally identifiable information outside of what is necessary to provide the services required.
• BizTrade needs to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process

BizTrade recommends that a signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement be in place prior to providing any outside party with any personal information as well as any information specific to the business.

BizTrade does use “cookies” for some of the services that are provided.  BizTrade may set and access BizTrade cookies on your computer.  Advertisers and other third party companies do not have access to BizTrade cookies unless it is necessary to fulfill requests for certain services that have been requested

All user accounts established to access BizTrade services will be accessed through a user name and password.  Your unique user name and password can be changed at any time to help ensure security.  It is recommended that you do not share your user name and password with anyone outside of those representatives employed by or who have partnered with BizTrade for which the above privacy policies must be adhered to.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
BizTrade may amend this Privacy Policy to from time to time to reflect company changes or client feedback.  If the use of personal information is part of these changes, BizTrade will notify you of these changes by posting an updated version of the policy on the website as well as notifying you via e-mail or U.S. mail.

Communication with BizTrade and its Partners
You may request to receive e-mails with updates to BizTrade services, updates to your personal webpage or any additional information that BizTrade may distribute.  Additionally, you may ask questions, provide information, respond to surveys or request information from BizTrade via e-mail or telephone from various locations.  BizTrade recognizes that the information that may be provided may be of a confidential nature and we recommend you only communicate with those BizTrade representatives that have been assigned to your account.  BizTrade also recommends executing a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
